Hey, that looks pretty good for a dish with no beef and/or potatoes. If you lived closer you could cook that for me to sell at my grill- might offer a little culture to my construction worker clientelle. Well, hope you're all doing well. One day soon I'll send some pics, but sadly, today is not that day.
Well, you know that I am a vegatarian. You also know that I'm not a strict vegatarian so it looks great.
Having eaten this dish I can say that it rocks. But looking at the photo...well, it's better in person :)
